I have the feeling that the Mt Fuji is somewhat always omnipresent in Japan. Even when it is like a "mirage". I once wrote an haiku about it.

A l'intérieur du téléphérique -
vision presque holographique
du Mt Fuji.

Have a nice week.

Thank you very much for the beautiful comment and wonderful haiku.

I understand well what you say. Mt. Fiji certainly has something special to us. It might be said that everyone in Japan has their own image of Mt. Fuji in their mind. Your feeling, I think, could have the same thing as ours.

I'll introduce you my haiku master's work. His name is Kai Hasegawa.

Mt. Fuji is now
in the spring wind blowing
in heaven

Thank you.
